The first floor consists of five rooms: one double room and four single rooms. Tenants have access to a very spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. A shared balcony is also available on the first floor.

2nd floor

The second floor offers four single rooms and one double room with a double bed, ideal for a couple. All rooms are lit by skylights, creating a pleasant ambiance. The bathroom, with a view of Rožnik hill, includes a washing machine. An air conditioning unit ensures a comfortable temperature during the summer months. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator.
