We find the best room according to your wishes. Contracts are concluded for one semester one whole student year and thus you are protected from being left without a room, a tenant or having higher prices during the year.

MODERN EQUIPMENT

Each floor brings comfort, coziness and modern equipment. The house has two fully equipped and modern kitchens; a shared kitchen for the ground floor and first floor and a private kitchen on the second floor (induction hob, large fridge, kettle, kitchen and cutlery and dishwasher). Each floor also has a washing machine, and a dryer is also available on the ground floor. There are single and double rooms on each floor.

All rooms are bright with large windows, modern and freshly furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.

Wireless internet is available throughout the residence.

It is also possible to rent a parking space directly in front of the house.

There is also a garden next to the house, which allows you to enjoy and relax in the shade and peace.

The rent includes the use of the room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and areas for socializing and recreation inside and outside.

The rental price does not include costs (heating, electricity, water, wireless internet, cleaning of common areas). Additional costs amount to 55 euros per month.
