ABOUT US

Our first project, Rezidenca Kolezija, was established in 2021 with the idea of offering young people not just a room, but a complete experience of ideal conditions for studying, working, and relaxing in one of Ljubljana's most popular neighborhoods—Kolezija. With Rožna Rezidenca, we continue this concept of providing premium student accommodations in a prime location, this time in Rožna Dolina.

The project is a collaboration between three business partners for whom travel is a significant part of life. Through studying abroad and staying in various accommodations worldwide, we gained valuable experience that helped us design our accommodations to our own vision and standards. From the choice of location and built-in features to interior design, we followed the principle of offering only the best.
